This closing was incredibly special.

It’s not often you see a home that’s been loved for 38 years passed on to its next chapter. After touring several homes that didn’t quite check all the boxes, this one surpassed every expectation. Matt submitted a strong offer that stood out in a (rare these days) multiple-offer scenario, and today we closed on this beautiful home after a smooth and seamless transaction.

We had a cheerleader at closing today!

Holliday couldn’t have asked for a better first closing. Both parties were a dream and we closed at Cumberland Title with our favorite, Julie.

We are absolutely thrilled for the wonderful Parks family as they move into their new home!

Knowing they had outgrown their home and would need to move, they contacted me last year to see how they could add value to their house before selling. I outlined the projects that would be most impactful to their sale price and they truly went above and beyond in preparing their house for market. They did such a good job, they were able to sell off market, at top dollar and simultaneously purchase a larger home to better meet their needs!

We closed on their sale last week and on their new East Brainerd home today. Congratulations Andrew and Mary Grace!
