Summer 2025 Study Abroad: Today we combined elements of service, history, and archeology. We began the day with a lovely sunrise run! Then we joined elderly residents at mensajeros de la paz, a local non-profit nursing home. We prepared a triditional dish, tortafritas, and enjoyed the dessert and maté while connecting with elderly through interactive activities. We learned about the importance of taking care of the elderly within the Argentinian culture. Next we ate lunch together at El cabildo and spent time exploring local antique shops. To close our day, we met at El Zanjón de Granados Defensa for a tour of a historic tunnel system, then dinner back at El cabildo. What a wonderful day of community, connection, and beautiful sites in Buenos Aires!

Summer 2025 Study Abroad: Today in Argentina we spent lots of time exploring the outdoors! First we took a boat tour of the El Tigre River and saw many beautiful homes, boats and learned lots of facts about the region. We took lot of photos and met some new friends! Next we ventured over to Vivanco for lunch and listened to beautiful live music and enjoyed the natural light. We took the bus back and went to the market! We got lots of local goods from craft and vintage vendors and then we got dinner at La Poesia!

Summer 2025 Study Abroad: From biking through the Ecological Reserve and sipping mate to learning about community service at Legión de la Buena Voluntad, today blended culture, leadership, and connection. We wrapped it up by cooking traditional empanadas with Raul—the legend himself! An unforgettable day of learning and giving back.
