It’s the one year anniversary of leaving my position as Lil Mama’s Communications Manager and my 1st anniversary as full-time founder of Kae B. Communications! 🪩🍾

I told everyone I could that I had the best communications/PR job in Chattanooga during my time at Lil Mama’s.

The things that we valued at Lil Mama’s; Innovation, Creativity, Integrity, Collaboration, and Respect, are all the same ideals I value in my own firm.

Even though my role has changed, one thing has remained the same: I have the opportunity to work with innovative and dynamic entrepreneurs every day.

And I’m so thankful for that opportunity.
