❤️🩺 CPR & AED Awareness Week 🩺❤️

This week, we encourage everyone to learn the lifesaving skills of CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

When someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest, immediate action can double or even triple their chances of survival. Knowing how to recognize an emergency, call 911, begin CPR, and use an AED can make all the difference while waiting for emergency responders to arrive.

✅ Learn CPR
✅ Know where AEDs are located in your workplace, school, and community
✅ Encourage friends and family to get trained
✅ Be prepared to act in an emergency

You never know when these skills may be needed, but being prepared could help save a life.
