Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Printing & Inventory)
Full-Time – On-Site Position (Not Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to join our team. This is an in-person role working directly with our customers and production team to keep print jobs running smoothly. No printing experience? We’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with orders, questions, and updates
• Enter and manage orders accurately
• Communicate with production to meet deadlines
• Keep customers informed throughout the process
• Help track inventory and keep materials organized

What We’re Looking For
• Customer service experience (any industry) preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn wide format printing
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, order systems, etc.)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bonus If You Have
• Any printing, sign shop, or graphics experience
• Experience with inventory or warehouse work
