Responsibilities
The primary function of this position is to serve our existing client base and support the sales team on new accounts. The specific duties may include but are not limited to:

Verify new policies and renewal policies for accuracy
Process all applications, renewals, endorsements and claims for clients
Re-quoting existing accounts with multiple carriers
Review existing coverage and recommend changes when necessary to clients
Call and communicate with clients regularly about billing, policy changes, and general insurance questions
Filing insurance claims
Specific Skills Required

Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance
Proficient use of basic computer applications; Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn productivity platforms; HubSpot, Salesforce
Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Must be comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
Ability to execute and deliver on all tasks assigned while meeting deadlines and expectations
Prior Work Experience
Prior experience in insurance is preferred, but not a requirement

Licensing Requirements

Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Licenses within first 90 days of employment
