On top of it being my birthday today, Sportsman got into its first film festival!!!! I’m so proud of everyone that work on this film with me and now we’re seeing our hard work finally paying off!!! .piersaul .davenport .bryant .k18 .kylec

What a return to form! It’s been nearly 20 years since we’ve actually gotten a new installment in the Silent Hill franchise if you don’t count the Silent Hill 2 remake that’s actually great! Probably one the most abstract SH game in terms of narrative and overall character development, to the point where you really don’t wanna quit playing until you reach the end of the game to witness the first of 5 endings which is a great called back to the series early days of alternative endings. I highly recommend this to anyone that loves horror games! Overall I give this one a 8.5 / 10

After several delays and over a year later, I’m happy to announce that we have finally finished filming for my upcoming short film Sportsman. I want to say thank you to all of the awesome people that had a hand in this project with me, either from last year or this week! Many people don’t know this but I’ve had the idea for this film since my junior year of high school and has changed and evolved throughout the years to something that in my wildest dreams be this impactful to my own growth as a writer / director but also continue to grow a community with like minded people that truly give it their all for the craft of filmmaking and the continued success for the project.
