Hope in Hard Places: Stories and Lessons from the Frontlines of Fighting Human Trafficking

Dr. Natalie Eastman — co-host of the People, Not Products webinar series, advisory board member for LoveWithoutReason.org’s anti-trafficking initiatives, and longtime volunteer with Women At Risk International — recently returned from Southeast Asia, where she visited programs serving survivors of human trafficking and met with W.A.R. partners from several countries in the region. She went to learn, to listen, to encourage those doing this difficult work, and to better understand how to be a light in a very dark space — speaking for the silenced, defending the oppressed, and supporting those who are helping women and children rebuild their lives.

In this presentation, Dr. Natalie will share what she saw, what she learned, and how the experience changed her. Join us for this lunchtime Zoom presentation on April 8 at 12:00 PM Eastern for an hour of stories, reflection, and hope.
