We know that breastfeeding can be a challenge for many mamas and it’s helpful to build a community that is supportive and kind. We love helping our mamas and babies throughout postpartum and continue to help their bodies function and adapt to stress.

I had a great time today at the Tennessee Breastfeeding Symposium. I especially enjoyed hearing about the Appalachian Breastfeeding Network of which our county and East Tennessee region is a part. I look forward to helping advocate change in the breastfeeding culture of the Appalachian region.
