To all David Sharpe State Farm Insurance customers and prospective customers:

Effective Tuesday March 17, 2020 we will begin doing our daily business to protect you, our valued customer, and our valued employees.

Our David Sharpe State Farm office will be open for telephone or email business only starting at 9am. We will not have walk in service available but any paperwork or payments can be placed in our drop box for prompt handling. We will be in the office to meet every need we possibly can. We simply ask that you call us, 423-899-8806, and tell us what we can do for you. We will work together with you to get you insurance needs met in any way that is best for you. You are the reason we exist.

We would ask that any payments being placed in the drop box, please use checks or money orders if possible. We can handle all of your payment needs by telephone by using debit/credit cards or your bank information.

We humbly request your patience with us when there are delays in the process, including getting a phone call through. We are going to have to adjust and figure life out daily during this emergency. Together we can work through these minor inconveniences for the long term good of our community and our nation.
