Just a reminder - we won't be at the the next 2 Saturdays (7/11 & 7/18) or the Tuesday Concert 7/14 or Market at Roswell on Wednesday 7/15 we are still conducting some serious pizza research on our family vacation. Back to events the week of 7/20.

Our bagged lettuce and composed salads (Chicken Cobb and Caesar) have been a big hit at the this season. We're growing a few varieties of lettuce and love testing new recipes for the composed salads we'll be introducing in the coming weeks.
Our new Pesto Caprese Artisan Pizza made with the basil in these towers sold out today so it will definitely be coming back next week.

Join us today and every Wednesday from 11am-1:30pm for the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Market in the Park. Today we have Artisan Pizzas made-to-order, Chicken Cobb Salads, Chicken Caesar Salads, Caesar Salads (all made using the lettuce grown in our aerponic towers), our bagged lettuce and pre-cut containers of our microgreens.
