Effective 2.29.24 the intersection at North Territorial and Dexter-Townhall road will be closed to traffic for 10-12 weeks. If you're coming out to the Multi-Family Indoor Sale, 2.29.24 - 3.2.24, please seek an alternate route. Make sure your GPS is working or you know the back roads (even if they are dirt). Over the last couple of months the Inverness Clubhouse has been given a refeshening! Thank you to all who helped refinish the kitchen cabinets, paint, change electrical outlets and switches, and perform a deep clean. Next up will be painting the fireplaces and installing new flooring! The clubhouse is available for rentals! Email us at [email protected] with your inquiries.
