Violence often happens in moments. Rewire CBT teaches young people how to create an 8–12 second pause between what they think and feel and what they do. That pause creates the opportunity to choose differently and saves lives.

Human trafficking is far more common than most people recognize — 30% of Roca's young women are confirmed trafficking victims, and many more are suspected victims. When the World Cup brings thousands of visitors to Mass, the risk will only increase for young women who are already vulnerable to exploitation.

The Healey-Driscoll Administration’s collaborative plan to address and raise awareness about human trafficking is the kind of committed, systemic approach this issue demands. Roca is proud to be part of this effort, and we're committed to being a partner in this work long after the games are over.
