May is Mental Health Awareness Month đź’š

At times, we all need support, a safe space, or someone willing to listen. This month is a reminder that it’s okay to speak up, feel deeply, ask for help, and take care of your mental health without shame.
It’s okay…
🫶 To need support
🫶 To cry
🫶 To have bad days
🫶 To go to therapy
🫶 To be vulnerable
🫶 To talk about your feelings

Healing starts with conversation, community, and knowing you do not have to carry everything alone!
Let’s continue creating spaces where mental health is prioritized, voices are heard, and seeking help is seen as strength not weakness.

You are important. Your feelings are valid. Help is available. 💚🤟

April is Stress Awareness Month🩵

Taking care of your mental and physical well-being doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Even 10–15 minutes a day can make a difference. Whether it’s stretching, getting outside, connecting with others, or nourishing your body with magnesium-rich foods, small steps add up.

This month, we encourage you to slow down, check in with yourself, and prioritize what helps you feel balanced and supported.

🩺Your health matters—today and every day.

Medicaid isn’t just a program, it’s a lifeline! ⚕️

It provides essential care for 1 in 5 Americans, supporting children, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. From doctor visits to mental health services and long-term care,
Medicaid helps millions stay healthy, independent, and able to work.

But access to care is at risk.
Without Medicaid, many would face delayed treatment, rising medical debt, and fewer healthcare options.

Join us in protecting access, raising awareness, and taking action because healthcare should never be out of reach. đź’ź

Endometriosis is more than just “bad period pain.”

It’s a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus—often affecting the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and surrounding pelvic tissue. Each cycle, this tissue builds up and bleeds, but has nowhere to go, which can lead to inflammation, scarring, and severe pain.

Behind every statistic is someone living with symptoms that are often misunderstood or dismissed. Your pain is real, and your experience matters. đź’›
