First month of the year ✅
January brought so many good things, closed a beautiful listing and helped a couple of my military buyers get under contract on homes at their new duty stations.
We also welcomed our number 4 to the Clark family. Sweet Josey! She has already been to showings, home inspections, and witnessed a few crash outs but that’s real estate. 😂🥸

This morning came with an extra gift, congratulations to our sellers on getting under contract with multiple offers in just three days on market. 👏🏼
My family wishes you a day of joy, today we celebrate the one who came as a babe in a manger and gave it all on the cross for these blessings to flow. The contracts the gifts,”: the day, they all belong to him. Thank you Jesus. ❤️

After walk through we give advice on fixtures, finishes, what stays and what goes. Once the work is complete we stage it up and list it and do our marketing magic! ✨
