Are you detail-obsessed, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Lead Manager to join our real estate team and play a key role in keeping our pipeline thriving!

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Loves systems, processes, and structure.
✅ Is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound leads
✅ Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and turn leads into appointments
✅ Can quickly qualify leads and route them to the right agents
✅ Follows up like a boss — consistent, timely, and professional
✅ Has strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
✅ Is tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and CRMs
✅ Works well independently and thrives in a team setting
✅ Understand the importance of speed to lead

Bonus if you: (Not Required)
⭐️Have experience in a real estate team environment
⭐️Are familiar with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, or similar

Responsibilities:
‼️Manage all incoming leads from multiple sources
‼️Call, qualify, and convert leads into appointments
‼️Assign leads to appropriate agents based on fit and urgency
‼️Track and maintain lead activity and progress
‼️Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged
‼️Optimize lead management systems and suggest improvements

This role is perfect for someone who loves being the engine behind a high-performing team — and isn’t shy about making the calls that move the needle.
