I agree with what FLAME has shared in this post💯. I agree with him because his post is Scriptural.

I still love my brothers & sisters in Christ who believe they have the Holy Spirit + Demons at the same time. So sad😞

Christians cannot be possessed by demons.

Christians do not need a “deliverance experience” at a deliverance service to deal with sin struggles or vices.

Christians are not empty but are filled with the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20; Acts 2:38); therefore, there is zero space for the Devil or demons to possess us.

Christians do not need to track down “generational curses” and break them—nor do we need to look back into our past to close “open doors” to demons. Not a single Scripture in all of Holy Writ teaches such a false notion. We cannot add to the Bible (Proverbs 30:5–6).

Sins of the flesh are not demons but are precisely what the Holy Spirit calls them—sins of the flesh (Colossians 3:5; Galatians 5:16–21).

We put to death what is evil within us—the sins of the flesh. That is done through repentance—brokenness over sin and trust in the forgiveness of sins Jesus won for us. We confess it in faith, and God the Holy Spirit produces the fruit of the Spirit in us. We joyfully comply by His might and power—this we do until we die or until our dear Lord Jesus returns.

As the baptized, we possess and are promised victory!

📖 Colossians 2:13–15

“And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh,
God made alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,
by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands.
This He set aside, nailing it to the cross.
He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame,
by triumphing over them in Him.”
