🔥 JULY CHALLENGE IS HERE! 🔥

This month, we’re testing more than your grip.

Your mission:
đź’Ş Carry 2 kettlebells (53/35 lb)
📏 1 Mile Total
➡️ Completed as two 800-meter loops

The Rules:
⚡ Every time you set the kettlebells down, you owe 5 burpees before continuing.
âś… Log your completed challenge to be entered into our monthly prize drawing!

Here’s the catch…

⏱️ This is NOT a race.

There are no bonus points for sprinting out of the gate.

This challenge is about strategy. It’s about pacing yourself, staying mentally tough, and refusing to quit when your grip starts screaming.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t being strong enough—it’s convincing yourself to pick the kettlebells back up one more time.

Take your time. Make a plan. Embrace the suck.

🚨 WALL WALK CHALLENGE FINAL WEEK 🚨

A few tips if you’re taking one last shot at your max wall walks in 5:00:

âś… Pace the first minute. The biggest mistake is coming out too hot. A fast first minute often turns into a very slow last three.

✅ Breathe at the top. Don’t hold your breath. A quick exhale as your chest reaches the wall can help keep your heart rate under control.

âś… Move efficiently. Small, controlled hand and foot steps are usually faster than giant, sloppy ones that force you to readjust.

✅ Use the floor. When you come down, don’t collapse. Control the descent and use the floor to reset your position quickly for the next rep.

âś… Break before you have to. A 3-second shakeout can be better than grinding to complete failure and needing 20 seconds to recover.

✅ Trust your fitness. At some point it’s going to burn. Everyone feels it. The athletes who do best aren’t the ones who avoid discomfort—they’re the ones who keep moving through it.

💪 Five minutes goes by fast. Stay calm, stay moving, and see what you’re capable of.
