Now for the rest of February:

1. Of course, we had Groundhog’s Day on the 2nd (according to Phil we have 6 more weeks of winter).
2. Chinese New Year is Friday the 12th . (I need to explore this one, any suggestions on how to enjoy it.)
3. Sunday the 14th is Valentine’s Day (I love flowers, especially peonies, how about you).
4. Our own Ashley’s birthday is the 15th, (how to celebrate, hint-hint, PF Changs maybe).
5. The 15th is also President’s Day (I love my country).
6. Fat Tuesday is the 16th (Mardi Gras), the day I make potato fasnachts (they are so Yummy!!!) Have you ever been to Mardi Gras, I have and loved it in the French Quarters!!
7. Can’t forget Ash Wednesday is the 17th. (Leading up to Easter, my favorite is Sunrise service, Easter morning. Don’t forget Lent, I always give something and give up something).
8. Full month for being so short!
9. Boredom will not set in. Enjoy each and every day, you can never get them back!!
