The Omicron Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® invites our wonderful community to step into health with us this July! Sisterly Relations and The Fitness Squad are partnering together for a 1-Month Fitness Challenge, and we want YOU to lace up your favorite sneakers and join the movement!

Our collective goal is simple but powerful: 8,000 steps a day! Whether you are walking, jogging, or running, let’s keep each other motivated and active all month long.

📊 The Breakdown:
Daily Goal: 8,000 steps
Weekly Target: 56,000 steps
Monthly Total: 224,000 steps!
