May 1st marks the start of our 15th year in business, and I can’t help but look back with a full heart.

From Multisports Academy… to that little shop in downtown Southington… to the journey that led me to 3E/RTB… every step has shaped this dream into something bigger than I ever imagined.

What started as a small idea has grown because of all of you — the people who believed in us, supported us, shopped with us, shared us, and trusted this little mom-and-pop business along the way.

I’m endlessly grateful for every customer, every conversation, every recommendation, every visit, and every bit of support over these last 15 years.

And now… a new chapter begins.
