This 12-week, non-gender-specific group is all about building real connections and tackling the challenges of “adulting”—from work and responsibility to friendships, dating, and navigating life online. Let’s grow those hard and soft skills together!

Middle school can be tough—especially for neurodiverse learners navigating social rules, friendships, and school expectations. This group helps build the tools for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social problem-solving with peers and adults. It’s all about boosting confidence and connection during this big transition!
