Saturday we decided to drive up to the "quiet corner" of Connecticut as its known. To the Thompson Speedway ( That makes sense!) Here we got to watch and photograph day one of the KMC Crossfest, which is also the second round of the 2018 CT CX series. Great weather and a great course with a lot of competitors from all over the New England area. We were extremely busy with extra batteries and memory cards! - You can see all of them on our SmugMug page under the CT Cycle-cross Championship gallery ( www.Subisnaps.Smugmug.com ) along with all our other photos. There is a lot to scroll through this time, but they are in chronological order and grouped event.

Its been a while since we posted details of a latest photo shoot here, but we have been out there and creating images of many sports. Our latest was Sunday at the Thompson Speedway here in Connecticut. Got to meet up with the competitors in the CART Autocross. As usual we took way too many pictures, but have posted a good selection on our SmugMug site for all to see.

As a last minute thing on Friday we got alerted to a criterium being run yesterday at a local park, Walnut Hill Park in New Britain, thanks to the post on the Expo Wheelman page. The event was superb and really brought us back to our roots of cycling and where it all began for us. With road bikes, carbon fiber, sunglasses, team tactics and a fast sweeping circuit. Now we are on the look out for future events. We noticed many familiar kits and faces from the Cyclecross championships, and even recognized many names from the wider cycling circuits! Great location and great weather gave us loads of chances to play around with our image taking skills. Posted a few here for our followers. We will be posting a more complete collection on the web galleries soon. Thanks to the local event organizers and the many officials. A great day of exciting racing was the result.
