I had an entire spread planned for the Super Bowl 1/2 time show. I got so excited when friends and fam got here that I forgot to put so many foods out….including this one, Coquito Cake. This was a dessert I had last year for the first time at my aunt’s house during the Super Bowl (Go Birds). I told Sophia we needed to replicate it. She created the coquito (leche) sponge and I finished it off with a whip cream icing using vanilla extract and fireball bc I was that is what we had on hand💃🏽
