Yesterday, the invited our iAM students from to attend their annual Women’s Month B2B event, Her Voice, Her Story, at the . It was an incredibly special experience, and our students left feeling inspired, energized, and more confident in their own voices.

Each speaker shared powerful and honest insights, but we are especially grateful to for taking the time to connect with the girls during a private Q&A after the event. That conversation meant so much to them, and they walked away feeling seen, heard, and truly inspired by her story.

Our Chester Union U19 girls had the incredible opportunity to attend the U.S. Women’s National Team training session right here at Subaru Park — in their own hometown of Chester! 🇺🇸⚽️

Alongside 100 girls from across the region, they watched the best women’s team in the world train up close, then took the field for a clinic led by an all-female coaching staff.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — creating access, opportunity, and inspiration for the next generation of players. 💙💛

Exciting times ahead for Philadelphia!

Today, we had the honor of joining the grand opening of the Philly 2026 Volunteer Center, a key milestone as our city prepares to welcome the world for the FIFA World Cup next year.

The energy and unity in the room captured what makes Philadelphia so special: community, passion, and purpose. The Philadelphia Union Foundation is proud to be part of the movement that ensures this once-in-a-lifetime moment leaves a lasting legacy — not just on the pitch, but in our neighborhoods, schools, and safe spaces across Chester and the greater Philadelphia region.

As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to continue building pathways for youth, expanding access to the game, and creating opportunities that will endure long after the final whistle.

This past Friday, our iAM Scholars stepped into the world of innovation at Arkema during a special Learn and Explore workshop.

Students connected with industry professionals, asking questions, gaining real-world insights, and discovering the many STEM career paths that could be in their future. They toured They also rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on experiment, creating “elephant toothpaste” and seeing science in action.

It was a day filled with curiosity, discovery, and inspiration — empowering our Scholars to envision themselves as the next generation of scientists and engineers. Thank you to Arkema for our partnership and aiding us as we look to provide opportunities and access to the youth at Chester Scholars Academy.
