Position: HVAC Lead Installer

We're seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations

Supervise and train junior installers

Ensure projects are completed on time and to code

Maintain clear communication with clients and office staff

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC installation experience

EPA Certification required;
Company can help with achieving it

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols
