Meet Carrie H., a Member Solutions Specialist at Argent Credit Union. She started part-time in the Contact Center in 2010 before becoming a full-time associate. In 2022, Carrie moved to the Collections Department (now Member Solutions).

“I enjoy working with our members and finding ways to help them when they may be going through a difficult time in their lives. Sometimes a kind word and a listening ear can go a long way,” she says.💚

When she’s not at work, Carrie loves spending time with family, friends, and her chocolate Lab, Nio.🐶 She also likes planning day trips to the beach🏖️ or the mountains⛰️, where she can take in the scenery and beautiful weather.🌴 ☀️
