Going back in time for a memory this Monday of a 20' x 10' master bedroom and bathroom addition, a 12' x 12' covered porch, relocated a basement laundry to the main floor, new windows and doors throughout, exterior vinyl siding, and a full interior remodel. This project turned a 30+ year old home into a brand new home inside and out down to a full foundation waterproofing system, new roof, HVAC system, water heater, and electrical service to give it another 30 years of life and peace of mind for the owner!

Made some progress Wednesday. We got the roof line cut back, a side wall up with the other laid out and ready to put together. Also got the brick veneer removed at the future walkway into this master suite.

Another cold day and a some more progress on this 24' x 20' addition. Basement walkout walls all sheathed, and gable wall built and stood up.

We came, we saw, we conquered! This one tested us, and after about 4 or 5 different failed attemps, we got it. You see, you can bend metal easily. Its when you have a bent piece of metal and need to follow a radius, standard methods won't get the job done. With 3 layers of flashing starting with liquid flashing, then Zip tape flashing, then the color match metal flashing, leaking along the house will not be an issue anymore. Finishing touch of color match caulking will be applied once all the siding and soffit is installed in this area.
