Congratulations to Spain on an incredible World Cup victory and an unforgettable tournament.

We’re grateful to everyone who laced up for the run, stayed for the match, and spent the afternoon cheering alongside the Three Run Four community. Days like this remind us that running has a way of bringing people together—even before the first whistle.

A huge shoutout to the team at 4 Hands Brewing Co. for hosting an incredible watch party. Between the giant screen, amazing food vendors, great beer, and the electric atmosphere, they turned downtown St. Louis into the place to watch the final.

We’ll see you back at 4 Hands this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for another run. Same community. Different adventure. 🏃🍺

This Sunday, July 19, we’re meeting at 4 Hands Downtown at 12 p.m. for a group run before the World Cup Final. Then we’re sticking around for an afternoon of soccer, food, beer, and celebrating the biggest match in the world together.

On Sunday, July 19, meet Three Run Four at 4 Hands Brewing Co. Downtown at 12 p.m. We’ll head out for a 2- or 3-mile group run (or make it longer with a training partner), then come back just in time for the World Cup Final festivities.

4 Hands is throwing a huge watch party with a giant outdoor LED screen, food from around the world, human foosball, Kona Ice, cold beer, and more.

Run first. Celebrate afterward.
