FRIENDLY REMINDER:
Jobs that are outsourced, IE: paint, powder coat, chrome, machine work, some extensive head work, dyno tuning, Custom cables for metric bikes, OEM parts from a aftermarket shop, custom made accessories, Custom Motorcycle factory parts.
The turn around on THOSE jobs do not necessarily reflect the amount of time it takes PROSTREET CYCLES RVA to do a job.
The jobs that take precedence over all others is work directly through the shop, and are called WALK IN JOBS. Typically under 3 hours. By delivering to the masses we can keep the majority of the customers happy, and ensure I can pay my men during the winter. No matter how one does something others unfortunately will complain. Keeping that number LOW is the name of the game. Just like a traffic accident - no one likes it, but sometimes things are out of your control, and you have to roll with the punches.
Not everything is within my control. No I will not close my shop to go get your parts or call these vendors everyday to make you feel better. Please be patient. Complaining will ENSURE I take longer.
NOTE FOR NEXT YEAR: Bring your extensive jobs during the winter, BUT unfortunately The OUTSOURCED locations we utilize aren't always FAST during those months.
By outsourcing certain jobs (which I go over in detail with customers) it allows our shop to bring in more work and provide MORE services to the customers.
OUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR TYPICAL JOBS IS SUPERIOR TO THAT OF OTHER SIMILAR SHOPS.
