This has been unapologetically me for the past three months and counting as I’ve been on maternity leave. The pillow has been replaced with a baby boy 😊
Yes I’ve sent out emails here and there but my main focus has been my family, catching up on sleep, and watching TV like a normal person. .
My best advice to expectant or new moms is to please take your maternity leave seriously and don’t let anyone rush you back to work! You are not missing a thing. Your baby will never be this small again, enjoy each moment. Also- if possible, do not tell anyone when you’re coming back to work. They don’t need to be clocking you! .
