A busy and blessed week indeed! As you all know from my previous posts, Monday was my daughter's 20th birthday. Well on this very same day, my daughter's favorite Congresswoman for our state, Rep. Harriet Hageman was hosting a community town hall at our local library.

Of course, my daughter was adamant that we had to go. So her and I went to to the town hall. Harriet did an exceptional job answering all of our questions and stayed after to meet and speak with anyone who wanted to speak to her.

And yup, my daughter not only got to see her favorite Congresswoman in person, but she also got to meet her and speak with her! She said it was an amazing birthday gift to get to meet her!
