Attended the LCSD #1 meeting tonight. I was surprised that the parents who attended were for not removing sexually explicit reading from the school library, but continuing the opt out policy. Our kids don't need more exposure to immorality, but need to know there are moral absolutes. I would encourage you and your family, friends to attend the next school board meeting. Our children are our future.

Opt out policy: is when you as a parent can sign a paper stating you do not want your child to check out sexually explicit books. Please inform yourself on these books...I think you will be shocked.
