Qualifications
* Must be 16 years of age and available to work evenings and weekends up to 20 hours per week
* Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling transactions
* Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
* Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Responsibilities
* Hand craft high quality beverages by adhering to standard recipes and customer specifications
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
* Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
* Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
* Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
