This week, I kicked off my 14-day detox in partnership with 🎉 It has been AMAZING and challenging in the best possible way. Here’s what we’ve been up to 👇🏽

🌱 Staying hydrated and moving my body

My personal goal for doing this detox is to help my body clear out some of the heavy hitters I threw at it this summer. Mentally, I’m doing this for clarity and focus. I don’t know about you guys, but when I start to slip up on my nutrition, movement, and mental health practices, I feel unrecognizable to myself.

Today is Day 5, and I woke up with so much clarity and a spring in my step! Bloating? WHERE?? 🙅🏽‍♀️
