The odds were against Texas Rodeo Hall of Fame barrel racer, Angela Ganter, surviving Stage 4 breast cancer. If she did, it was incomprehensible that she might ride again, let alone compete. But Angela decided otherwise. During her ordeal, Angela somehow managed to coach her daughter, Jackie Ganter, to the WPRA Rookie of the Year title at the National Finals Rodeo (NFR).
