To our principal, kindergarten teacher, boss, and best friend — Nicole 💛

Nicole is truly one of a kind. She wears more hats than anyone realizes, yet somehow still shows up every single day giving everything she has to our school, students, and staff.

She pours her whole heart into teaching and leading. She believes in her students before they believe in themselves and works tirelessly to make sure every child feels safe, loved, supported, and capable.

What people don’t always see are the early mornings, after-hours work, endless papers, last-minute schedule changes, quick lunches, difficult conversations, and the mental load she carries long after the school day ends. She somehow manages all of it running on coffee and prayers while still making everything look calm, organized, and magical. 😂

She celebrates the little wins that matter most — the first sentence read independently, the shy child raising their hand, the student finally believing, “I can do this.”

Nicole leads with kindness, strength, patience, and a work ethic that inspires everyone around her. Our school is better because of her, our students are better because of her, and we are all so lucky to work beside her, learn from her, and call her our friend.

The school truly would not be the same without her. 💛

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Kenzie ✨

Kenzie is the real OG around here! 💛 Ms. Kenzie has been part of our school family since she was just 17 years old, and what a blessing it has been to watch her grow through every season of life.

Aside from a few years spent home loving on her babies, Kenzie has continued to pour her heart into our school and students. From being a teenage helper, to earning her CDA and stepping into teaching preschool, she has always shown dedication, loyalty, and a willingness to do whatever is needed.

Now as our dedicated substitute, Kenzie is truly one of the biggest blessings to our team. No matter the classroom, age group, or last-minute need, Kenzie is always there. She never hesitates to answer the phone call at a moment’s notice and jumps in ready to help wherever she is needed. She is dependable in every sense of the word, and there is so much comfort in knowing she can walk into any classroom and get the job done with confidence and care.

Kenzie is bold, witty, and keeps the students on their toes at all times! 😂 She brings comedic relief to every classroom she steps into and has a way of making both staff and students smile even on the busiest days. Her personality lights up the building, and her flexibility and willingness to help never go unnoticed.

Kenzie is the kind of person every school hopes to have — loyal, hardworking, dependable, and always ready to serve with a smile. We are so thankful for the many years she has poured into our school family and for the countless ways she continues to show up for our students and staff every single day. 💕

Many students say Ms. A is the teacher who challenges them the most… but that’s because she sees their potential and encourages them to be the very best they can be! 💛 Her high expectations come from a place of deep care, and because of that, her 2nd graders thrive.

Ms. A is an incredible teacher who is constantly learning, growing, and striving to better herself every single day. Her dedication to her students and her passion for teaching shine through in everything she does. Watching her step into teaching and absolutely flourish has been amazing!

One thing about Ms. A — she knows how to make learning come alive! From hands-on activities to bringing science to life in the classroom, her students are always engaged, excited, and learning in ways they will never forget. 🧪🌎✨

Ms. A knows what it takes to help students succeed, and she works tirelessly to make sure her students are meeting and exceeding grade-level expectations. The growth happening in her classroom is something to truly be proud of!
