Workshops are the forefront of our programming. Some of our biggest workshops we focus on, are compltely free for the public to join in on.

To continue to make workshops free, like Paper & Pencil, Sketchbook Sessions, our Creative Aging experiences, and of course, Open Studio, we rely on the support of grants and donations.

Don't forget to apply! This exhibition call closes on Monday, July 20th.

We are currently seeking fiber works of art, which could include weaving, sewing, felting, embroidery, basket weaving, and much more! Also included in the call is ‘found art,’ meaning that the work is an assemblage of found items combined together to make a cohesive artwork, often in a mixed media format.

Works of this nature will be displayed across both the Cheyenne ArtHaus and into the Creativity Center.

Have you ever been to Sketchbook Sessions? This one-of-a-kind meet-up is a self-guided 'Plein Air' event located outside of the *Cheyenne Botanic Gardens!

*Note: We will meet at the bench in front of the Botanic Gardens.
Regarding weather: if it’s actively raining, consider the event cancelled. However, if it’s only sprinkling, or looks like it might threaten to, we’ll still meet.

*Where: Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, 710 S. Lions Park Dr
Materials: Please plan to bring a sketchbook and whatever media you’d like to work in.
