In January of 2020 we made our first transaction with our new clients, Dave and Lita.

Five years have gone by fast. We now manage approximately 70+ rentals in Cheyenne and we continue to find investment properties for our clients.

We specialize in analyzing subject properties, acquiring the property, developing a strategy for that property and properly managing it.

Now, five years later we assisted Dave and Lita in increasing their investment portfolio with a four unit apartment building.
