The Center for Maternal and Child Health Medicaid Partnerships (CMMP) continues to bring together state Medicaid, CHIP, and Title V programs to strengthen maternal and child health (MCH) outcomes nationwide.

Each month, CMMP hosts peer learning sessions that provide states and territories with a collaborative space to:
• Share experiences, challenges, and promising practices related to MCH
• Connect with peers committed to improving outcomes for MCH populations
• Ask questions, exchange feedback, and explore new strategies with colleagues and the CMMP team

This month’s session focused on the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and its impact on advancing maternal and child health initiatives in rural communities.
