I’ve been using the standing Windmill a lot in my Kettlebell flows lately (especially during my warm-ups) because I like the combination of strength, stability and mobility that is required to execute the movement well.
Especially if you are looking to strengthen your Turkish Get-Up, a Press and Windmill is a great combination for your routine!
Here’s the complex:
Clean, Press, Windmill x 3
Squat x 3
Swing x 3
Repeat other side
Go for 3-5 rounds per side! 💪
