APEX Construction Group was recently hired to perform Design-Build services for VCX Chicago on their newest Chicagoland development. Apex was able to lower the client’s budget without comprising value during the pre-construction via value design/engineering. This 24,480SF mixed-use, multifamily development is a three-story, new construction, condo building that consists of 9 residential condominiums and ground floor commercial space. This week the foundation and backfill has been completed and our next step in the construction process is to begin the exterior masonry walls.

Apex Construction Group is proud to announce the Groundbreaking of 1123 W. Randolph in the Chicago West Loop! This modest six-story, nine-unit condo development, with 3,800 SF of ground-floor retail space is at the corner of Randolph and May. We are honored and excited to be constructing from the ground up!
