Congratulations to Taylor O'Reilly who ran the Summer Slushee 5k, at Veteran's Pier in Brooklyn!

Our next hike will be this coming Sunday, June 7th to the gorgeous Minnewaska State Park just outside of New Paltz. This is a 7 and a half mile moderate hike. Optional lunch afterwards.
There is a $10 fee per car and the Empire Pass is accepted. Car pooling is highly recommended as this is a very popular spot. Please read the flyer for all details. Free but mandatory registration via Eventbrite or scan the QR Code.

Congratulations to Team Aisling members Rosie O’Reilly and Valerie Lenihan , who finished an outstanding 2nd place in their age group at yesterday’s New York HYROX Women’s Doubles Pro Division race!
Two mighty women who are always at the top of their game, showing exceptional fitness, determination, and commitment. Representing Team Aisling with pride in their Team Aisling singlets, they delivered a fantastic performance on a huge stage.
A superb achievement and a well-deserved result. Well done, Rosie and Val! 👏🏅💪💚
