Meet our 2026 Single Course Scholar, Sean McColligan (Urban Innovations).
Sean is an Assistant Property Manager, helping oversee a 12-building portfolio throughout River North. He played a key role in launching the property's amenities and reservation systems and continues to build his expertise in property operations, tenant services, and building management.
Sean is currently pursuing his RPA designation through BOMI and is committed to continuing his growth as a commercial real estate professional.
