1️⃣ Wall Crunch & Hold
4 rounds | 45 sec on, 30 sec rest
2️⃣ Supine Wall Reach Overs (Glutes & Abs on fire!)
4 rounds | 30 sec on, 45 sec rest
3️⃣ Standing Wall Twists
3 rounds | 12 reps each side
4️⃣ Wall High Knee Marches
3 rounds | 12 reps each side
