Which Chicago property type are you buying after seeing this chart?? If you ask me, I am choosing multifamily and single family ALL DAY LONG!

It has occurred to me that some may not recognize the story of my business and why I'm always posting about real estate. So, here it goes:

My name is Jason Wagner. I’m the owner and founder of Greystone Realty in Chicago. I look at real estate as a full contact sport, as I have gotten my hands dirty with every aspect of it. I have flipped houses, conducted gut rehabs (where I did the work!), developed and managed a rental portfolio of 8 units, and have helped over 50+ clients buy and sell their homes. From all these experiences, I have developed a full package expertise.

My goal with Greystone Realty is to build an entire brokerage of agents that desire to have this same skill set and help serve their clients while also building wealth for themselves.

2 weeks ago Greystone Realty closed on its first partnership deal with one of our brokers, Brian . I view this as the first stepping stone of what this brokerage can become, as we find more investor agents that want to build more than just a sales business, but a generational legacy. .with.stack exemplifies this mindset too, as he has invested in a 6-unit building this Spring.
