Tonights yoga practice honors the new moon in Sagittarius. Both our sun and moon sit in the same sign on a new moon, so this fire energy is applied for us right now. This sign is the Seeker of the zodiac, and new moons are ideal for manifesting. Lets utilize this energy offered today on our mats as we set intention and create momentum for going into this next cycle.
Todays practice will be warming and enlivening. As always, i will make suggestions and invitations to modify for your body and abilities.
