Thresholds Health was proud to be part of the Juneteenth Grand Opening of the Aspire Center for Workforce Innovation in Chicago's Austin neighborhood. It was a beautiful and inspirational day spent with our community, including local and city leaders. This will serve as a new resource and infrastructure for our community, providing vital tools to help residents thrive!

The Roseland Community Hospital's Mobile Mammogram Van will be back at Thresholds Health this Wednesday, December 4th from 9am - 2pm. They'll perform mammogram screenings for Thresholds Health patients who make an appointment. Call us (773-285-6400) or email us ([email protected]) to make your appointment!

Thresholds Health is partnering with Roseland Community Hospital Mobile Mammogram Van to provide breast cancer screenings for our community. On November 13th and December 2nd, the van will be outside of Thresholds Health from 9am - 2pm.
