Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and diversity of people with disabilities worldwide. This year, we highlight the powerful intersections between disability and LGBTQ+ identities.
For many, living with disabilities and LGBTQ+ identities means navigating unique challenges—systemic barriers, limited representation, and the fight for spaces that embrace the full spectrum of their identity. Despite this, these communities lead the way in building support, joy, and advocacy networks that inspire us all. Whether you hold these identities or not, we must advocate for accessibility in all spaces and challenge homophobia, ableism, and transphobia wherever they arise.
