✨ New Chapter, New Journey ✨

I created this space to share my journey as a boutique owner, nursing student, and just me—navigating life one step at a time. Being vulnerable isn’t easy, but here goes nothing… 💕

Today marks the start of a 90-day reset for my overall health. In recent years, I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and I also take medication to prevent kidney failure and manage lupus. These challenges stemmed from years of stress and poor lifestyle choices—but I refuse to let that be my story forever.

I care deeply about my health (and the health of others), so I’m determined to turn things around and get back to the fit, active woman you’ll see in my last photo. 💪🏽 Navigating diabetes and kidney issues has been one of the toughest battles of my life, but I’m choosing to fight back.

🌿 Over the next 90 days, I’ll be sharing weekly updates on my journey—my wins, struggles, and everything in between. My hope is that my story will encourage anyone dealing with similar challenges and show that change is possible.

Here’s to becoming the healthiest version of myself(as seen in the last picture) and a soon-to-be nurse who will inspire others in the same fight. 🩺💖
